We can think of the language of drawing as an execution of our thought or perhaps, as the movement before the thoughts become verbal.
This course focuses on work process that begins with two dimensions moves to three dimensions and end in an installation. We will start from the conceptual basis that can be described with just one color, will thinking of the work processes and the development of visual language as an act of translation or conversion. We will continue to a work that depends on three-dimensional space and ask to create a world that invites the viewer to wander and learn his language.
During the course we will examine whether we can translate thoughts into image, image into thought and image and thought into tangible objects in space and environment. We will examine what comes first, the language or image? What is lost in translation, and what is added in the transition into matter?
