Nina Traub, born 1992, dancer, choreographer and a multidisciplinary artist. Born and living in Tel Aviv, currently a resident at the “Cité International des Arts” Paris. Interested in the research of movement through temperature, music, landscape and fantasy. Examine the body from a sculptural and plastic points of view. Her stage works string along with drawing, sketches and sculptures, that is how she creates herself the visual environment of her works. Graduate of the "School of visual theatre"- Jerusalem. Trained from an early age in various professional dance establishments.
Perform her works at Theatre de la ville- Paris, Habait Theatre, The Jerusalem international dance week, Tmuna festival, “Autumn cult" Hazira-Performance Art Arena, The Museum for Islamic Art Jerusalem, Jerusalem science Museum, National Library of Israel and more. Part of her work in 2018-2020: Took part in a residency program at Habait Theater- “Homegrown Incubator “ for young artists, there she started to create her work Waterfalls, for which she received a development grant from “Mifal Hapayis”- The Israeli national lottery fund and “Yehoshua Rabinovich Foundation for the Arts”. As a result, she went to a residency at P.A.R.T.S\ROSAS in Brussels. Winter of 2019 took part in a project at the AA - Architecture Association School of Architecture in London, as a choreographer and performer. In April 2019 premiered with “Waterfalls” in Habait Theatre and performed in the Jerusalem international dance week . In the summer of 2019 started a residency of one year at the “Cité international des arts” Paris.
