These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of visualtheatre.co.il, operated by The school of visual theatre. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site provides information about study programmes, facilities and departments, admissions and visits, contact details, and (where applicable) access points to student systems or external resources. Content may change without notice and is provided “as is”.

Permitted & prohibited use
Use the Site lawfully and respectfully. Do not: (a) interfere with or test security; (b) scrape or collect data in bulk; (c) upload illegal, harmful or infringing content; (d) violate intellectual‑property or privacy rights; (e) use the Site for unauthorised commercial purposes; or (f) circumvent technical restrictions.

Applications, uploads & fees
When applying or submitting materials, provide accurate information and upload only content you have the right to use. Submitting an application may require payment of a non‑refundable fee via a secure payment system. We may decline, suspend or cancel submissions that do not meet requirements or applicable law, at our discretion.

Third‑party services
The Site may link to external services (e.g., WhatsApp, student login systems, social networks, publications). We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Your use is governed by their terms.

Security & anti‑abuse
The Site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA; your use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Intellectual property
All rights in the Site’s content (texts, images, design, trademarks) belong to The school of visual theatre and/or relevant third parties. Do not reuse content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimers
Use of the Site is at your own risk. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify The school of visual theatre and its personnel against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or infringement of third‑party rights.

Changes & availability
We may update the Site and these Terms, suspend or discontinue the Site, or restrict access, at our discretion.

Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Jerusalem.
