HOW NOT TO DROWN IN CONDENSED MILK
HOW NOT TO DROWN IN CONDENSED MILK
Condensed milk dripping slowly with nostalgic, sticky, suffocating Soviet sweetness.
Conserved for years — it evokes stagnation, and we’re stuck like flies in our favorite taste.
A musical stage work I developed based on objects, dolls, and drawings created over the course of a year. Objects inspired by nostalgic places and faces that bring me comfort.
With time, I realized that the pattern of this piece is surrounding myself with a play-pretend home and family — until they become real.
