David Lemoine
David Lemoine (France, 1978) explores a sequence of creation and observation from the artistic underground to psychiatric institutions, as a musician and instrument maker. His recent series of immersive sound installations explored the calming effect of everyday white noises as a potential alternative to medication. Before coming to Israel in 2018, he spent a long time on the road with the weird French punk band Cheveu. Additionally, he founded BrutPop, a research workshop in Paris that examined accessibility topics for artistic practice for people dealing with mental conditions.
