Iris Erez

Iris Erez is a choreographer, dancer, teacher, and mother of two sons. She is a member of the Choreographers’ Association and a partner in the improvisation group Octet. Her works are performed in Israel and around the world. In her works, she seeks to touch on political and public issues through the personal body, exploring the mutual influences between them and the connection between the technological and the physical. Iris teaches technique and improvisation and guides creative processes at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, as well as in private and international settings.
