In this course, we will renew and strengthen our connection with our bodies. We will focus our attention on the body and breath, dedicating time to become familiar with sensations and the information the body floats. Exploring our tendencies and directions, we will learn to soften, balance, and expand our range of movement. We will release unnecessary tensions and discover how to awaken the body to move from a healthy and harmonious place with ourselves. Balancing between right and left, growing upwards and downwards, finding and cultivating balance, a strong center, and flexibility. We will delve into exercises drawn from the worlds of yoga, dance, and therapy. Working on our connection to space, earth, and sky, we will prepare the body as a valuable tool and explore ways to use it wisely.
