Alex Kremer
Alex Kremer is an Israeli painter with a bachelor's and master's degree from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and the University of Haifa. He has been active in the fields of painting, drawing, and printmaking for about three decades, exhibiting in numerous shows both in Israel and abroad. His works are featured in various public and private collections. Alex Kremer also teaches painting in different art institutions.
A practical course which focuses on the language of drawing and painting. Students will engage in observational drawing, experimenting with abstract drawing techniques, and learn universal principles of two-dimensional form. Emphasis will be placed on the personal development of each student. The main subjects for work include: figure-portrait, figure in space, nude models, landscapes, and more. Various techniques will be explored, including charcoal, pencils, pastel, ink, watercolors, tempera, and experimental techniques. Students will present their works in the school’s gallery spaces.
