Sculpting an Event

…to one-off events, encompassing both the production means required to establish them and the charged situation generated through their encounter with exhibition conditions and the audience. Together, we will attempt to conceive and develop works with casting, site-specificity, and mental and social relationships that are as precise as possible. We will examine the generous, deceitful, and highly inventive ways in which artworks manifest in the world: deploying manipulations, degrading, flattering, offering gifts, subordinating the viewer to their needs, or sacrificing themselves for the viewer’s sake.
