Yes, We’ll Laugh!
The School of Visual Theater and Hazira Performance Art Arena have jointly invited artist Lilla Roma Weisselberg to take part in a two-year process spanning 2026–27, allowing her to pursue artistic research in the shared space between research-based pedagogical practice and stage production. Through this collaboration, we seek to blend these processes and enable the artist to move meaningfully between these fields of action. Lilla will present different actions at the International Performance Conference and the Autumn Cult Festival.

Yes, We’ll Laugh! is a sequence of landscape images, short chapters from a larger myth. The performers inhabit a system they themselves construct. Rather than confronting their fate directly, they delay it, buying time and trying to imagine other possible endings.
