The movement texts that are familiar to our bodies and are ready to be extracted, fold within them the most basic foundations of our motorical development. How did we learn to walk, how did we learn to desire and approach, to progress toward the object of desire? The lesson seeks to awaken awareness of what is embedded in the body and exists in us on a daily basis, to what is embedded as an option that is forgotten and, consequently, can become a place where the movement expands towards. Students are guided through this process while paying attention to the place, to various relationships in space, and other variables.
