tips&tricks through the thinning of the veil (Cemetery Pool)
In this work, the slackened state of consciousness materializes through matter, like a medium that knows its own being without the capacity to say a word about it. Inside a mute mouth, in place of a language destined to decay, we find an abandoned sense, which comfortably translates for us that which is experienced beyond the eye.
If you truly and honestly wish to see this – aim for the closed park. Look at the dry cemetery pond through that which was violently torn from its habitat. Without celebration, reflection, or adaptation, you will be able to look at a milk thistle pressed against the skin of a newborn baby.
This act of exchange is naked, free of barriers. In it lies the joy of being seen, heard, and understood through pixels and raw material. Like meeting a stranger: the sense of truth threatens to dismantle you, leaving you with a sober entry point to the experience alone.
