These are speechless times. No words come out when faced with reality. Just flashbacks, iconic moments that flood my psyche; an old war movie, a song of love and loss. Voices not my own, offering a necessary escape, a wall dividing my personal experience from the weight of the collective one.
So I’ve decided to let these voices roam free.
This will be a performance of covers, every moment can be accounted for. I’m covering up this reality and indulging in others.
